Known for his integrity, transparency, and attention to detail, Scotty has built his reputation on trust, responsiveness, and consistently delivering results.

Originally from New Jersey, Scotty has a lifelong passion for sports and competed in baseball, basketball, and tennis at Principia College. He then spent 3 years coaching collegiate baseball and basketball while earning a Master of Science in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies.

After spending part of the summer of 2017 with the New York Yankees organization exploring a career in professional athletics, Scotty discovered his passion for recruiting — a profession that combines his love of building relationships, identifying talent, and helping individuals achieve their career goals.
