Scotty brings 8+ years of recruiting expertise, having placed over 500 candidates and helped more than 100 clients hire top talent. While these numbers offer context, Scotty is most passionate about building lasting relationships and providing exceptional service. He’s known for his integrity, transparency, and attention to detail.
Originally from New Jersey, just outside of NYC, Scotty grew up loving sports and played basketball, baseball, and tennis at Principia College. He later coached college basketball and baseball for three years while earning his master’s degree in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University.

RTG's services are free for candidates, with fees only charged to clients once a candidate's start date is confirmed. Our competitive fee structures are typically based on the candidate's base salary, but we also offer flat rate options.
